We qualify prospective residents in the same manner and it is thorough.  We meet them face-to-face, they must complete an application and provide an application deposit.  They pay for the background checks which are extensive and include personal follow up, employment checks to make sure they can afford the rental at the time of application, a criminal check and their prior rental history.  Did they pay and on time, what was the condition of the property once they vacated.

 

We will visit your properties and visually check those locations regularly.  Your residents will know who we are and what we expect of them so that your investment is well cared for while it is under our management.  You want your investment to accumulate wealth, not be a money pit.  Having said that, you will have responsibilities as the owner to maintain that property.  We do not and will not manage "slum lord" properties.  If you are not interested in maintaing quality residences, we are not interested in managing the properties.  Quality properties rent to quality residents.  That's what we do and it is the Law.
